We hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the month of March every year. If you are a shareholder on the record date, you will receive an AGM notice or alternatively, you could follow the ‘News’ page on Sohar International’s section on www.msx.om for the announcement.

The unaudited annual financial results are announced and reported in January of the following year while the audited accounts are shared in the month of March of the following year. The unaudited quarterly reports for the first, second and third quarters are announced and reported in April, July and October, respectively. All the historical financial results are available on the Muscat Stock Exchange website (www.msx.om) as well as the bank’s website.
